Did you know you can easily access print copies of The Hermonite—and other newspapers as well? In the printer room of Schauffler Library, you will find bound volumes of the student newspapers of Northfield Mount Hermon from throughout the history of the school. Each of the bound volumes holds the papers from one academic year.

The Hermonite
The opening editorial of The Hermonite on April 27, 1888 outlined its purpose: We desire to have our paper represent the life of Mt. Hermon in a true light from all points. Digital Access is available for on-campus patrons
The Bridge
Beginning in the fall of 1969, The Hermonite changed its name to The Bridge. The new name indicated that the newspaper was returning to its roots. Digital access is available for on-campus patrons
